SiC SBD
芯长征的SiC SBD可实现Si FRD无法实现的极短反向恢复时间,且反向恢复特性几乎不受温度变化影响,实现器件的高速开关。
芯长征的SiC SBD,其导通过程中没有额外载流子的注入和储存,反向恢复电荷量(Qrr)小,可降低开关损耗。SiC SBD弥补了Si SBD的不足,是高压快速与低功率损耗、耐高温相结合的理想器件。
